Very friendly reception at check-in. Lots of advice and many tips for our visit, including a helpful city map. Rooms were comfortable, and clean with modern bathroom fixtures. Comfortable bed. Somewhat soft but not uneven and contoured nicely to the body. Room had good, warm interior lighting and the overall ambiance was quite pleasant and inviting. Plenty of closet space. Was quiet during the night as rooms had a window to an interior roofed corridor. Location is fantastic! Fairly quiet and pleasant neighborhood with quite grand architecture. About a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro. Good selection of restaurants (among some not so good, as usual). 10 minutes walk to the Vatican. Summary: a very pleasant refugium in an excellent location in Rome. We can recommend this guest house.

Perfect place to stay in Rome! The neighbourhood is full of restaurants, but you can't hear the bustle from the street. It is also easy to walk to the metro to get to the tourist places you need. We chose to start our exploration of the city at the Vatican and easily reached the Colosseum on foot. We simply took the metro back to apartment. Also, the staff are very easy to communicate with Highly recommend!

I initially believed I had reserved a hostel, but I found myself in a hotel accommodation instead. The location is ideal, just a 7-minute walk to the Vatican and close to the metro. The atmosphere is peaceful and secure, with nearby restaurants. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, particularly appreciating their picturesque balcony perfect for Instagram. The staff were welcoming and efficient.

The hotel was walking distance to all tourists places, coffee shops and other facilities, Chris was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and tidy , we will definitely be back at the same place.
